Some people see one of these things for the first time and wonder how they're supposed to get to sleep wearing this monstrosity! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Relief &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;is&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; on the horizon, but unfortunately, those people are right!  CPAP machines are a sleep disorder in and of themselves.  If you just slap one on and start using it, the machine is going to wake you up as many times in a night as the sleep disorder that you were suffering from in the first place!
